: Very clean. Linen and towels of very good quality . Felt cosy which is unusual in a castle . Very calm area. Beautiful park. Nice walk around. Fun colorful hotel with kind of Disneyland deco. Brings up child memories. Also try the restaurant. Good food. Everything is there to make you relax and enjoy. The receptionist Anita is great.

: the rectangular shower head is impractical. a round one would be better. The rooms were overheated and I had to open the windows despite the freezing temperature outside

: This was a hotel highlight of our trip. Lovely rooms designed with great imagination and executed in full, a theme which is carried through wonderfully throughout the whole estate. Staff are all well trained and service level is very high. Highly recommend.
