  : Great location. Room was a good size with kitchenette. Classic look to outside of building.
  : Didn't like that we had to take sheets off the bed, wash all of the dishes and take out the trash. They gave us an info sheet that hinted that if you did not do those items, there would be a cleaning fee of $37 or you can just pay a cleaning fee and not do those chores. Also check out time is a strict 9:30am. That is not always practical.

  : This is a lovely property with an amazing location, super close to the train station and across the street from the boardwalk and the beach. Also, not a very far walk to the Monoprix grocery store to purchase fresh vegetables and anything you'd like to cook. Location could not be better! The reception was very helpful and I found the room/apartment to be very clean with a wonderful sea view, which was very calming. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower, pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals or snacks, very convenient. I had two double beds, they were fairly comfortable. I liked the kitchen area, so I could have my meals and the window shades were great, blocked out all of the light so the apartment got dark at night, which was perfect for rest. I also liked that the apartment had a safe, so you can store away your valuables when you're not there. The hotel is in great walking distance to many good restaurants and also several companies that offer boat cruises, I was able to go to Saint Tropez by ferry, which was nice. Also, I recommend the 21 bus, which will take you east along the esterel to Antheor and you can see amazing red rock formations. The bus stop isn't far from the hotel, so very convenient.
  : As others have mentioned, the wifi was mostly unusable during my stay, I had to use my phone as a hotspot, but didn't get great reception even on my phone. It's not really possible to do any work here without wifi or of course, researching things to do, making train reservations or boat reservations if you'd like to go on any excursions. I understand it's a residence hotel, but checking in at 5:00 pm seemed very late to me and you had to be gone by 9:30 am. Also, you were required it seems to empty all your trash, which is fine for me, but at first I was confused as I'd never had to do that anywhere else. You also have to call when you're ready to leave so they can inspect your room for damages and return the damage deposit of 250. I understand this policy, but again I hadn't had to do that before (the inspection), I understand why they probably have to, but it did make me feel a bit odd as if I was a thief and stuffed their plates in my suitcase or that I trashed my room, which I would never do (but I do understand if it's been a problem in the past, it's unfortunate).

  : The position on the seafront and proximity to the station were good, kitchenette well equipped, self service laundry, apartment clean but pictures are deceptive and policies were disappointing.
  : Anyone considering staying should read through the hotel policy details carefully. 250 security deposit was disappointing, we felt untrusted but I guess bad experience with other guests might make it essential. We had not expected the requirement for an in person room inspection between 8am and check out at 9.30. Unfortunately this meant we had to cancel our plan to catch a 7.25 train. The apartment must be completely clean unless you pay a further 37. Apparently we should have been supplied with 2 toilet rolls for our 3 night stay but there was only one. Additional toilet rolls can be bought for 50 cents which just felt petty on the part of the hotel. Front desk only operates limited hours restricting when you can buy toilet paper, check out etc. Finally whilst the front of the building is stunning the inside has been completely gutted to create the apartments leaving none of the original features in the rooms or corridors. All of these complaints relate to management policies the front desk and housekeeping staff on the ground were great.

  : Beautiful historical building, clean room, rather spacious. It has a very well equipped kitchenette. The location is just perfect: next to the sea and the historical center, 3 minutes by foot from the railway station and very quiet. It is a very good option for a couple of nights and the price was affordable.
  : The property is tired and needs renovation.

  : The location was alright. It gives good and quick access to the train station, promenade, local restaurants, bars, coffee shops.
  : Room it was much smaller than pictured, one bed instead of two, no balcony, the floor was not clean, the lights were tricky, and had to call the receptionist to fix it (no proper lights but lamps instead). You do not have a restaurant, they do not offer complimentary tea and coffee in the room, reception is only open at certain times, you pay a refundable deposit of 250 that takes ages to return to your account- still hasn't been returned (very bad if you rely on that money on your holiday), and you have to pretty much streap and clean your room upon departure (maybe is normal, but I'm not used to this).If you get a good price I suppose is worth staying, but I won't return to the same hotel. I don't think we had good value for money. How expensive it can be to leave in the room two tea bags and two coffee sachets? I never had this before..
