: Lovely accommodation about 20 min walk from the village of Saint-Emilion. Eduard & David were very welcoming allowing us to check in early. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the whole place is decorated beautifully. Breakfast is served in the garden (if weather permits) and is presented on lovely china with antique cutlery. We arrived by train (10 min walk) which meant we had to walk into the village. Whilst we enjoyed this aspect of the location as you get to see the beautiful surrounds, you will need to be prepared to get your steps up, much of which is on roads and uneven ground. It is probably best suited if you have a car. All in all we loved our stay at Clos 1906 and in Saint-Emilion.
: Nothing about the Accommodation. The only minor concern is If you have been in the village for dinner and enjoyed the area's primary industry, it is a bit of a hassle having to walk back or get a cab at exorbitant prices.

: Very well maintained and designed place next to Saint Emilion. Spacious room, good bed linen, Caudalie cosmetics in bathroom and beautiful garden. Eduard is a great host.
: Very cold floor in bathroom and WC, impossible to step without slippers. Bathroom has a radiator which works limited amount of time therefore it was quite cold there. Really some kind of reconstruction needs to be done.

: What a memorable stay it was! The location is unbeatable, right next to some of the most beautiful chateaus and St Emilion town centre (4 mins drive). The house is beautifully decorated but at the same time comfortable enough to feel like a home. The owner and host Eduard went above and beyond for us during our stay. I lost my earring but he took the time to help us look for it. Fortunately, it was a happy ending. We didnt get to enjoy the outdoor pool this time due to the weather but it is very nice and of decent size. All in all, staying at Clos 1906 had made our trip the more extra special. We will definitely be back again! P.S. They have a very cute vintage boutique inside the complex. Make sure you go check it out too!
