  : The apartment is quiet, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. We loved the location - a short 10 minute walk to the historic center which was great. The building is right beside the beach and provides a designated parking space for this unit.
  : The apartment is on the ground floor - the bedroom looks at a parking lot. And the front room looks over a courtyard with the door to the building right in front of our window so there is little privacy. I was surprised about this since nobody mentioned it in the other reviews - maybe it doesn't bother anyone else? There are blinds which we kept pulled but that added to the darkness of the apartment. The windows provide good sound proofing and there are excellent black out blinds. Again, this may not be an issue to others because of all the positive qualities of the apartment and it's excellent location. However, I think others may appreciate knowing this detail.
