  : Very little - please see my comments below. I have concerns over the behaviour of the hotel manager.
  : There was little positive about the experience. The Hotel Manager was extremely aggressive with me from start to finish and others staying at the hotel have corroborated similar behaviour. He said the hotel was overbooked by Booking.com and put me in staff quarters instead of a proper room, with a camper bed set up for my friend vs. the twin beds we had requested and he asked me to pay in cash for the room at the end of my stay. He assured me this was Booking.com's fault, only another friend who had booked directly through the hotel was in staff quarters next door to me. I cannot emphasise enough how difficult the hotel manager was to deal with. I was nothing but civil and made my complaint in a respectful manner only to be met with sheer aggression. On my final day at checkout he actually told me to leave his premises despite my best efforts to keep him calm. He made myself and others feel unsafe and I would highly discourage others from staying at the hotel because of this. I have my suspicions that he is deliberately and consistently overbooking the hotel in order to make extra money on the side in cash because of the fact that my friend had booked directly through the hotel and yet was still put in staff quarters. Moreover, there was in fact a free room which someone from our wedding party had forgotten to cancel. Not only did the hotel manager refuse to give up this free room but he was adamant that two separate people pay for it, respectively, effectively doubling the price of the room for a single occupant. He also tried to overcharge another member of the wedding party by 10 Euros at checkout.

  : We had to pay extra for our bikes to be stored in their garage. They were understaffed and the breakfast was overpriced for the minimal options.
