  : Good size room, as requested on ground floor. Clean.
  : Shower flooded bathroom. Room was cold and couldn't work out the ac! Breakfast very expensive for continental offering, was not asked if we wanted meat or eggs, albeit the staff were friendly and obliging. Lighting in room not bright enough, double room yet only 1 chair. Restaurant not as good as on previous occasions, chicken kebab was very dry and staff were more interested in looking at their phones. The head waiter was very good but the others appeared very uninterested and slow, not aware of customers. The 'owner' queried us returning to the hotel after leaving the restaurant in quite an aggressive manner - 'Are you staying in my hotel?' and was dismissive when we showed him room key. This hotel used to be quite a pleasure to stay in and isn't what it used to be, has become commercialised - as a Logis!? Having stayed here many times, this stay was disappointing.

  : Hotel and room itself were very nice. TV was not working. Reception told us to wiggle the arial cable but offered no further assistance which was disappointing. Meal in the restaurant opposite wa good

  : Breakfast and restaurant meals were very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were very clean and the showers were great with an easy step in to them. Towels were plentiful and the shower gel was always topped up as was the box of tissues. There were plenty of parking spaces in the grounds and the restaurant had both indoor and outdoor tables with plenty of space between them.
  : The hotel requires some maintenance for example in my room the toilet seat was not secure. In my colleagues room the nozzle to switch from the hand held shower to the ceiling shower was broken otherwise there was plenty of hot water.
