  : Michel is a great host -- attentive to our interests and needs, full of ideas for whatever we wanted to do. We enjoyed getting to know him and appreciated the personal touch.

  : The house is old and odd but we liked it very much. we were passing through so we stayed literally only one night. the toilette was in a corner very original the door was specially made to fit the small space. the owner, was very kind and wanted to help the best he could and that was great we really felt welcome for those few hours.
  : nothing in particular I mean I would not say that I did not like it like something that bothered me, but the bathroom without doors was challenging. Another one was the jams, I think it is time to throw them out and make new ones, before you poison somebody. But we loved the chocolate at breakfast and frankly hot croissant, fresh bread and fresh orange juice, that was the top so difficult to complain.

  : Michel is an excellent host and it was a great experience staying in his lovely home - its like stepping back into a Grand Age in France. There was good WiFi and lots of hot water. Coffee was available and if asked, Michel was happy to provide tea, hairdryer etc. He gave us some excellent touring tips. The house is in the centre of St Chinian and the parking is free in the main square.
  : Our room was spacious but the bed and bathroom perhaps better for one person. Michel offered me the choice of two rooms which was kind. Breakfast was typical continental - some fruit would be a great addition.

  : Quite a cool old house. Very central to centre of town - walking distance to a few restaurants. Bike friendly - able to leave them in the lovely courtyard (which we could not use due to bad weather - but it was really nice!). Michel is very nice and wishing to make your experience fantastic. Breakfast was totally fine - he even made hot chocolate. He also offered to provide at any time - we are talking 6am here for an early morning bike start. That's really nice!!! Room is really quite big and so is the bathroom. Shower was good. Very quiet at night.
  : We tend to book two single beds at every place we stay when travelling together in France so my only issue here was the double bed. Granted, the listing states the bed is 'double' but my thoughts are most couples today are used to queen and king size beds and so this was a struggle for the both of us normal sized humans to sleep in especially with the footboard. Having said that, HE slept just fine. I was the one left hanging over the side.
