A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Reception opening hours: From 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In July and August, the reception is open until 20:00 on Saturdays. Please note that breakfast is served from 8:30. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, however guests must clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before departing. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end of stay cleaning are not included, but are available for an extra fee. A bed turn-down service is available upon request. The outdoor swimming pool area with its outdoor paddling pool, are open from April to September, according to weather conditions. The hammam and sauna are reserved for adults over the age of 18. This is subject to availability and upon reservation. The first session is free (15 to 60 min) and then it is EUR 12 per session as from 7 nights. Please see the front desk for more information. A security deposit of EUR 300 for Studios and 2-bedroom apartments and EUR 400 for 3-bedroom apartments is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that only 1 pet is allowed per accommodation, upon prior request. The following charges apply: - EUR 10 per pet per day or EUR 46 per pet per week.

For stays of 7 nights or more, sheets and towels are included, but you will have to do end-of-stay cleaning, or pay a supplement to benefit from this service.
