  : Breakfast was good. Room was OK. It was clean. Parking was right outside the room, so that was good. I had the kitchen to myself because the other room was empty, but it might be tight if two have to share the kitchen.
  : The host does not understand her own payment system. Despite the fact that her own little machine said that my card/payment was accepted, she insisted that I enter my code. I pointed this out to her. "Are you sure?" I said. Yes. So I ended up paying THREE times!!??!?!!? Utterly ridiculous. Needlessly stressful and aggravating. Really just about ruined my stay. I spent about 3 hours trying to resolve this. Not my idea of two relaxing evenings. She could not cancel two of the payment herself. Booking.com could do nothing. And my own bank said I'd have to wait to file a fraud case to challenge the payments. So in the end, the best way to settle it was for her to pay me in cash for the two overcharges. Again, just ridiculous.
