When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 9 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 24 Sept 2022 until Sat 15 Apr 2023
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The reception is open every day from 07:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:30. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please contact the property.

End of stay cleaning is included in our rates. However, please note that all accommodation must be left tidy and clean. In the event that accommodation requires a cleaning intervention other than that described in our booking conditions, this will be at the client’s charge and will be deducted from the deposit.
The outdoor pool is open from April to September.

Guests have free access to the fitness centre. An extra fee applies for the hammam.

Please note that the hammam must be booked upon arrival.

Please note that the name on the credit card and photo identification must match the name on the booking reservation. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation.

Please note that daily cleaning is not included.
