Policies

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 0 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that an automatic check-in machine is available outside of reception opening hours. Your access code is your booking number without dots.

Please note that when arriving outside opening hours, credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Reception opening hours:
from 6:30 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 21:00 during the week
from 7:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 during the week-end.

Please note that shuttle service is available upon prior reservation only. It runs every 30 minutes from 05:07 until 11:007 and from 15:07 until 23:20. It runs every 60 minutes from 11:07 until 15:07.

Please note that extra beds or bunk beds are not made before arrival. Bed linen is provided but guests have to make their own beds.

Please note that children under 12 years old can enjoy breakfast at a reduced rate.
