Pets are not allowed.

Children ages 3 and older are allowed.
Children 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children from 3 years old to 16 years old stay for € 18 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
