  : We stayed at Les Lilas for 4 nights as part of a trip along the Cte d'Azur. The property is located perfectly to explore nearby towns/cities such as Menton, Monaco, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Eze. In addition it is within walking distance of two very nice beaches (Plage du Golfe Bleu and Plage du Buse) which were not overly busy. Also, having our bikes with us came in really handy for supermarket runs and exploring the coastline beyond Monaco. Parking at the property wasn't too easy so once we eventually secured a spot opposite the building we opted to leave the car there for the duration of the stay which wasn't an issue. We used the communal terrrace most evenings which had an amazing view across the bay below.
  : Very little not to like. The air con was rather loud at night and the kitchen utencils were limted.

  : Reception was very unpleasant with a guy that pretended not to speak good French nor English. Nobody was at the front desk. The phone number published is somewhere in Arabia. Right before we were leaving the guy came to hurry us in a very unpolite manner. Plus, it smelled bad.

  : Beautiful property with ocean view. Gorgeous fluffy sheets and towels. Lovely breakfast.
  : You absolutely need a car to stay here. No restaurants or store within a mile and walking to the beach or anywhere involves climbing hundreds of stairs.

  : The hotel owner was quick to respond and was trying to find a solution. Apartment was clean enough, location was great. Close to Menton, Monaco and Eze. The price was affordable compared to other places in that area.
  : There is two-way traffic constantly flowing in front of the house, and trying to park a car on the side of that narrow road is a pain and parking spots mostly full. No Balcony in the room, only in the other rooms. Its not possible to sleep with air conditioner because its a mobile one and so noisy, electric cable was blocking the view in front of the windows. The beach is not close, 16 mins walking with too many stairs. Poor facilities nothing in the fridge only water and soda.
