Policies

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 21 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 580 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that children under 16 years old can enjoy breakfast for free.

Please note that the half-board rate does note include meals for children. Children's meals must be reserved and paid for upon arrival.

Please note that the restaurant is open for dinner only. Room service is temporarily unavailable but takeaway dishes can be purchased during restaurant opening hours.

Please note that a paying shuttle service is available between the hotel and CDG airport. The shuttle will be available every 30 minutes from 5am to 12am and from 5pm to 11.30pm.

Shuttle cost : 3euros TTC by passenger from 3 years old and more. This amount will be paid at the reception of the hotel.
The shuttle will be accessible from Roissypole, exit : hôtels by shuttle".
You will be able to walk or take the CDGVAL train from any CDG airport terminals to get to the shuttle pick-up point.
