  : The place is beautiful, and so are the rooms
  : We booked because of the restaurant and a swimming pool, in a quiet area. But we were disappointed. Upon arrival there were about 25 local rich youths in the pool area, drinking a lot. The owner came to say hello, and told us there was a pool party this afternoon, but nothing loud and no music. He also said that the restaurant was closed that day, so we had to go out for dinner. The owner left the premises, and the pool party got louder. Drinking (from glass) and smoking in the pool. After we came back from dinner, we saw that half-board guests did have dinner, which we would have liked too, if offered. On day 2 (the owner was not there), again local rich kids having a pool party. This time even more, even louder, and with loud music. The place was a mess, bottles, glass and cigarettes all over. We complained to the young staff, but there was nothing they could do, as they had also not been informed by the owner. We could not eat in the restaurant, now because of a gas leak. But again: when we got back from dinner other guests were happily eating a cold prepared dinner. We would have liked that as well, if offered the possibility. Instead we had to drive around to find a restaurant that was not fully booked. We contacted the owner that night, telling him we wanted a guarantee that the next 2 days there would be no pool party, and that we could eat in the restaurant. He guaranteed, but not a single word of apology. Next day when we got back, the pool area was again quite busy, this time with local families with children. That was an improvement, yet not what we came for. The restaurant was still out of gas, but we could have a cold dinner, which was excellent. The last day of our stay we finally found peace and quiet at the pool. However, this time there was nobody around for service. The day we left, they were preparing a huge party. While we were having breakfast, people were all around our table preparing to build a stage or something.

  : The location, amenities and the decorations. the staff was also very helpful and supportive. We arrived at 11 pm and still find someone to hand us the room and carry our luggage.
  : There was no iron in the room and the cleaning wasnt exactly spot on.

  : Room needed better cleaning, the floor was dusty, and the bed cover dirty

  : Only little downside: could not use the safe as no instructions. And bad smell in bathroom on the last day

  : we didnt know that the restaurant closes on Sundays. we came back to the hotel around 9pm thinking to have a dinner at the restaurant but we found out its closed. Everything in town was closed also. we were hungry so we asked them if they have anything to eat, they were happy to help us. They served us some cheese and fruits. that was very nice of them. thank you
  : They dont provide coffee maker or electric kettle. No fridge either. Since there is no snack shop or anything in the property, they should have necessaries for guests
