  : Location is very convenient to visit the city. Parking quite close.Decoration of the room is beautiful.Coffe and sweets for breakfast are offered.Interaction with owner was good but only on WhatsApp.
  : There is no mentioning about the room being at third floor, with no elevator and 80+stairs to climb.Historical building and the entry in the apartment is not the best one (no light on the corridor) There is a bad smell in the bathroom and the window cannot be opened.

  : We were unable to stay at the property because the description of the apartment on booking.com did not mention that it was on the third floor with no lift. My husband has mobility issues and is unable to climb a lot of stairs. We lost our money because of a mistake by the owner and booking.com and couldn't have our trip to Rennes. Extremely sad and disappointed at our treatment and over a hundred euro poorer.

  : Nothing. Dilapidated old building undergoing repairs which is not disclosed. It is on 3rd floor with no lift, again not disclosed until you pay for the booking.

We opened door, it had no airconditioning, was dusty from repair works outside, closed door and booked into a hotel around the corner. Which was brilliant. The host was arrogant and refused to entertain a discount. Avoid this place at all costs!
