F-51100 Reims, France, a)booked 25.01.2024 from 04.03.-07.03.2024 (I gave the approximate time of arrival between 15:00-16:00) b)booking confirmed 25.01.2024, 12:46 c)news of the Rsidence 25.01.2024 13:13, they tell me, obviously having notice my estimated time of arrival (15:00-16:00) that their reception is open fom 17:30-20:00 an told me, that I would get information by e-mail how to get into garage, building and appartment before the time of the opening oft the reception on the morning of the day of my arrival d)news of the residence 25.01.2024 13:28, they confirm booking oft he garage-place e)news of the rsidence 04.03.2024 08:18, they give complete information in form of several code-numbers of how to get into the garage, the building and the apartement itself f)news of the rsidence 04.03.2024 10:06, they tell me, that the reception today (i.e. 04.03.2024) would be open from 07.00-11.00 g)At that time I was still in Verdun, 111 km away from Reims, so I could never have been there by 11:00 h)I arrived in Reims near the adress I was told (10 Rue Ponsardin) at 18.00, walking and looking around for 1 1 hours trying to find the address (I also tried No 7 Rue de la Procession). I used the help of three citizens, who also where not able to find the building. Meanwhile I tried to call the reception three times by telephone, without success, because I only met the answering machine. This led me to the conclusion, that, regardless of their e-mail from 25.01.2024 13:13, their reception was not occupied at that time i)At 19:30 I booked another hotel for three nights and thus never entered the Rsicence j)Of course the sum of 143,10 is not payed and never will be.
