  : Right next door to the QMC Militaria Store and close to some of the D Day sites. The room was nicely decorated and clean. We liked the balcony.
  : No reception. No welcome. Delayed check In. Tiniest Triple room ever. No hooks ANYWHERE for towels. My husband broke his toe on the unexpected step right behind the bathroom door. We both banged our hips on the silly sticking out thermostat on the radiator. Exceptionally old and uncomfortable pillows. (They should be replaced) Didnt feel welcome in the bar/restaurant and were given no info re breakfast so we bought croissants and coffee from the lovely lady in the Boulengerie round the corner. We also traveled to neighbouring villages for dinner so cant comment on the food at the hotel. Room 5 is a triple room, its a lovely room but too small for three people + luggage. We constantly tripped over each other, so keep that in mind. Quinville itself is pretty dull, wish wed just stayed in the Novotel in Bayeux and done day trips to the Utah Beach Area. We live and learn!

  : If you are not self sufficient and can find your own way to your room, it isnt the place for you. they hand you a key and give you directions. we enjoyed this.

  : There was no reception, we had to wait and call the landlord to let him know we had arrived event ought it was said that we could arrive by 3pm. As far as the paiement is concerned, we were told that the hotel would take care of it via an automatic withdrawal and it was not the case. Last but not least, the bathroom was not completely clean. We had paid to have an beach vue and we did not have it. In order for us to see the beach we had to go on the balcony

  : Location - very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog.
  : Confusion over room booking - they said they had no record of our booking through Booking.com. Our room with a sea view & balcony was ridiculously small. Could barely walk round the bed; if you opened the swing doors to the en-suite, you couldn't!Food was chaotic too - received main course before starter & crab salad was a whole crab, not dressed! Had to ask for it to be taken apart.Disappointing We ate there last year & enjoyed it.

  : Being surprised by having to at 8 euros extra for the dog. This was not mentioned by booking .com and has happened to us before. It needs to be made clear initially. A very cramped bathroom. It was quite a squeeze between the toilet and the sink. The doors to the en suite offered very little privacy.
