  : Excellent location in this lovely seaside resort. Close to the beach and restaurants, parking is limited on site but there is on street parking at a small fee during the day. The room was huge; super king sized bed , very comfortable and proper pillows, and big bathroom with lovely shower. Breakfast was available in the room with fresh bread and pastries delivered to reception to collect before 8 a.m. Large patio sliding doors give lots of light and air, with shutters to keep the heat out.
  : We had to be on the road early but if wed hoped for a quiet morning wed have been disappointed. Noise from cleaners arriving, shutters opening. Each of these were short lived, so not a big issue.

  : Mould on curtain in bathroom, bath overflow broken, nothing to hold the shower over bath, neither curtain or panel, breakfast in room, pastries delivered in the morning "fetch your own bag" downstairs, only 6 TV channels on first night, carpet dirty.
  : Cleanliness, maintenance (mould, repair of bath) bathroom had not been hoovered.
