A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Reception opening times:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00
- Sunday: Closed.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the property 48 hours before arrival in order to arrange check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Until 45 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. From 44 to 15 days before check-in, the guests will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 14 days before check-in, the cancellation becomes non-refundable. A prepayment of 50% will be asked when the reservation is confirmed.
