Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 - Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 - Wenesday : closed
If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Beds made upon arrival.

The heated, outdoor swimming pool is open from May to September.

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Please note that accommodation for guests with reduced mobility is available on request but must be confirmed by the property.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Basic WiFi access is available free of charge in our residence, however the quality of the flow may be insufficient, especially in case of affluence on the wifi network.
