Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 30 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 25 Sept 2021 until Fri 08 Apr 2022
A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking.

Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.

Optional services to be paid on site:
- bed linen rental: EUR 16 per person per week
- towels rental: EUR 9.50 per person per week
- beds made upon arrival: EUR 65to EUR 80, depending on the accommodation type.
- baby bed: EUR 30 per week
- baby high chair: EUR 25 per week
- baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 50 per week

A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability.

Please note that pets can be accommodated for an extra charge of EUR 50 per week.
