  : Hotel is located in a peaceful countryside area and the views from the hotel area are nice. Also the hotel looks and feels cozy and nice.
  : The flat-screen TV was very small (20-24") and so far away (6-7m) from the bed and pillows, that it was not possible to watch movies after returning to the hotel. WiFi does not work in rooms and in our room.The success rate was less than 1 out of 10 attempts to get WiFi connection. My estimate based on WiFi-analyzer is that the problem is likely that all routers there are on the same channel, causing interference more than stone walls ever could cause multipath-related interference. Also, as typical in France. the lack of basic greens at the breakfast like cucumbers, tomatoes and paprika was a disappointment, but as expected. Sound insulation in hotel is quite poor, so silence depends on other guests.

  : Peaceful situation, beautiful countryside and very handy to get to Dinard and Dinan, also easy access to the ferry at St Malo. Staff very helpful, we had the terrace to ourselves and an evening meal of cheese, charcuterie and wine, with gf bread as requested. Breakfast was really good, a nice selection of local produce. This would be a lovely place for a wedding party.
  : It was a bit hot and stuffy in the room due to the outside temperature and no air conditioning. The bed was not very comfortable. It would have been nice if even just one of the freshly baked breakfast cakes could have been made gluten free so that we could have tried it! We did request gf breakfast but that message didn't seem to have been taken on board. That being said there were plenty of other choices.

  : The breakfast was excellent with delicious options. The dining room was very nicely decorated. The Manoir is situated in beautiful countryside. It was easy to take a beautiful stroll through the landscape with good views of the water. The family that runs the Manoir is very kind to the visitors.
  : The Wifi is unreliable. (Makes it easier to appreciate the location). Breakfast could start earlier than 8:30. The Manoir is far from restaurants, grocery stores so food options for dinner are limited unless you drive to Dinan.

  : The breakfast room was a real treat. I have travelled a lot and never seen such a variety of fabulous breads, cakes, jams, and fruits plus all the usual offers and a few I was not expecting. All fresh and interesting. Great Job. Pity there was no evening restaurant, but if we had stayed longer the pre-ordered trays looked excellent, and besides, there were restaurants all along the Rance anyway.
