  : Staff is very helpful. Very accommodating. The kitchen is full equipped. Facilities full equipped. Carrefour is just around the corner to buy all the food and groceries. However 30 mins walk to Eiffel tower is quite far. Not that close

  : Perfect location, very easy to find it, all restos, coffee places , shops around. The flat was spacious (3 bedrooms + living room with kitchen corner), very comfortable , clean, very well equipped kitchen , towels provided for all of us.
  : The flat is located in bit noisy street since there is a club underneath , so you could hear the music and feel the vibration when sleeping. But this was only during the weekend.Secondly there was a blackout for couple of hours and we couldn't get OUT/IN in the building since the door locker needs power to open the door. From safety point of you it should be considered for the others.

  : Lovely courtyard and spacey apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine available. Convenient location with metro station nearby and lots of grocery stores and patisseries around that area.
  : WiFi was not working and very bad network reception in the apartment. They provided a WIFI egg but it was not quite working as network is so bad in the apartment.

  : They swapped the first apartment when I complained about the state of the first apartment.
  : It was Aweful. The first apartment we got was filthy broken and aweful we complained and changed apartment The second apartment was equally plagued with problems. We had 2 young children and just needed to rest after the journey. The toilet was broken the light bulbs not working. The entrance door lock and handle broken. There was water leak in the kitchen. We had constant problems. The host was very good got a technician to come next day to sort things out but the second day we had a leak. Eventually after 2 days we left early ( booked and paid for 3 nights only stayed 2 nights) and booked into another hotel even though we paid a lot of money for 3 nights and another extra night onto in a hotel. The management/owner offered no apology or even a courtesy email to apologise for all the inconvenience. The money wasnt the issue the service fell way below standard to what is expected of such a company that prides itself of high standards and customer satisfaction.

  : overall, The property was clean.
  : There was no isolation in the living room so for the guest sleeping on the sofa bed, it was very noisy. Also the sofa bed was not very comfortable.
