  : Location was good. Early and remote check in was easy
  : No curtains. Blinds didnt cover all of window and a very bright street light outside meant it was brighter at night than at day. It meant I didnt sleep well. Good location but it meant some noise from people outside arguing through the night.

  : The apartment is nicely furnished and quite large. The location was good to explore the city from there. The equipment is actually also very good (everything was there as described, from the kettle to the iron to the hair dryer).
  : Overall the apartment is worn out and not well maintained. Glasses and cups were missing, the sink was leaking, there were no capsules for the Nespresso machine. The chairs are broken. The cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Especially the bathroom was not clean, in the shower was mould and hair from the last guests. The arrival was anything but comfortable, we had to pick up the key ourselves at the office 2km away. There we waited another 45min for the key, although the apartment should have been ready for occupancy long ago. The apartment was hard to find, there is no indication in the house which apartment belongs to Sweet Inn. Last but not least nobody told us that at night the PIN code of the doors are not active but the key chip has to be used. We only got back into the building by luck with the help of a helpful neighbour. There was nothing to notice of the 24/7 support.

  : Clean room, clean towels and beddings, has all toiletry supplies, Close to metro stations, restaurants, museums.
  : No hospitality at all. Keep waiting on a narrow street with few luggage 3 hours while room was ready to in. They provide a phone number to call, but they never pick up a phone. You have to communicate by email only and they respond in 30min. to 1 hour. To be able to enter the apartment you should have a smart phone, have an internet on it, knowledge to download and set up application. And all must be done on a street behind the apartment door. They never instructed to do this a head of time. No privacy at all. If you leave window open, you are on total screening of neighbors, when you close windows, it is too hot inside on summertime. Shower head broken, hand shower bracket broken, floor carpet edge twisted which was unsafe to walk. You can't get rest at night, especially on weekend. Too noisy.
