  : The location of the apartment was very good, easy to get to/from the Metro. The instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get the keys were excellent. We also liked how comfortable the beds were.
  : The pictures do not represent the apartment, it is quite small, has no windows, it's cold and damp. The only tinted window is facing bike parking inner court. The basement room (where sofa bed is located) had a very strong smell and it was impossible to sit due to dampness and bad smell. The insulation is non-existent, we could hear footsteps of the upstairs neighbors and kids talking in the next door apartment. The hot water was available only for 1 person to take a quick shower. The price absolutely does not reflect how poor the apartment is overall.

  : location is the best, near to bus station and metro, around 20 min to reach all the landmarks in Paris. The beds are very comfortable, all the faciliaties are available.
  : the smell of the room is not good (wet), expecially the underground game room. the sofa bed is impossible to use. The door in the bath is broken, the shower cannot adjust water temperature (too hot)

  : The apartment was small. Not enough room to move around in. The apartment appears to be more roomier in the photos on booking.com. However, it is not. There was no space at the sides of the beds to maneuver around. Some of us (5 adults) had to put our suitcases on the wooden dining table. lights in the bedrooms were no bright enough, and so on and so forth!!!

  : The appartement was not very clean and there were some insects invited to stay with us. The photos are outdated and the flat definitely needs a paint refresh. The floor is stained, the shower seas are all mouldy etc. There's clearly a ventilation issue since the apartment has only one window and no visible mechanical ventilation system.

  : Location is great, very central in the Montparnasse quarter.
  : Price was near the high end of the range, so I was expecting exceptional service and comfort. Instead, the property had very little natural light: only the kitchen has some, from a courtyard between buildings. All the other walls are blind, and the extra room is at basement level, meaning the property is humid and dark. In addition, we were asked to empty the bins or face 50 supplement, which I find exaggerated when cleaning is meant to be covered by the price already. Finally, on the first morning, there was pretty much no hot water, as I think supply is shared with the flat next door (same owner). We contacted the help number and their response was to change the settings on the boiler ourselves, with very little detail on how it could be done - and no apology.
