  : Clean and the agent was very kind .
  : The worst point was that the door Key doesn't open smoothly. Also,The agency told us wrong wifi password and internet didn't work on the first day.Additionally,the door of the toilet didn't close properly. We couldn't use washing machine because the instructions wasn't attached and water started to leak.it is difficult to use for us.

  : Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, transportation.
  : Not well maintained. Door to bathroom STILL doesnt close (see other reviews for same issue). Washing machine broke upon first use (just a towel and pajama pants in load. We were charged for breaking it along with allegedly breaking a dresser we didnt even use!). Not well cleaned when we arrived so we had to wipe things down and clean when we arrived (see hair in shower photo. Also bathroom sink not clean, toothpaste on counter, etc. Manager offered to send someone to clean it but after we had already dealt with it). No cover on kitchen window so whoever sleeps on the pullout couch feels exposed (see previous review that claims it was fixed). Lots of misrepresented amenities (toiletries were just two half used bottles of shampoo. Two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 6 days). Most listed amenities are serious overstatements or missing altogether. This is an apartment so the description of restaurant, convenience store on site is inaccurate. Prior to arrival you will get a tersely worded message about not making noise or essentially being detected in the building (no loitering in courtyard, etc). Side tables next to bed coming out of wall so you couldnt even rest your glasses there without them sliding off to the floor. One wall heater off the wall entirely and damaged so unusable. Wires hanging out of one outlet. DIY work incomplete throughout. I am sure the manager will, as in other negative reviews, make it seem it was the fault of the guest, but after staying here I am confident the negative reviewers were being honest. I wish I could post more photos. If location is your only requirement you will be fine here.

  : First off the location is excellent!! Theres everything you need nearby. Shopping mall and store fronts, grocery stores, bakeries, flea market on the weekends and plenty of bars and music clubs. It was very easy finding the property and even easier to get entry. Felix provided extra towels and blankets and pillows.
  : Its a bit rough around the edges and not for people looking for 5* accommodations, but its sufficient enough and has everything you need.

  : Let's start with the air conditioning that doesn't have air conditioning in the apartment according to the internet doesn't work at all the apartment 70% of the apartment's utensils are missing there are no dishes the cups they had were broken the apartment is not as it is in the ad the location is perfect but i don't recommend the price too expensive

  : The apartment was located in a desired area. Close to restaurants and shops. Metro not far away.Portable a/c, extra blankets, towels provided.Felix was polite.
  : It took 40 minutes to receive access codes. Recommend reaching out ahead of time.Apartment is on the older side.

  : Location was great.
  : I didn't like how we paid extra to get into the room earlier and that we had to wait at the property for over an hour for him to let us in. I also didn't like that the bathroom floor was wet near the toilet when we arrived and there was a brownish tinge to it. We were not sure if it was the bath mat not being washed or stuff from the toilet. It was dripping everywhere so we put it int he shower; which in retrospect was a mistake because we had to shower with what ever it was. I also don't think small children should stay there. In the doorway, a small child could cut their feet. We had to use our luggage to block it.

  : The location was really good. It was right around the corner to the hop on hop off boat tour we did. There was a metro station that was a very short walk away as well. There were 2 great pizza places right outside the main door and a bunch of wonderful little cafes and bakeries.
  : We arrived and had not received any communication about how to get in to the apartment. There was a big door on the street that you need a code for and then a second gate inside that has another code that gets you into the inner courtyard. Once inside there is a coded lockbox with a key to the apartment. All of this is fine except we weren't given a code to any of them until well after we arrived. We were standing out on the sidewalk trying to call or message the property manager when we arrived. The very nice gentleman who owns the store right next to the entrance was kind enough to help us get in to the inner courtyard and told us that this happens all the time. About an hour after arriving we finally got the message with the check in information but we still had to try and figure out which apartment was ours because there were 2 or 3 and the directions were not clear so we used the lockbox code on each one until one opened.Once inside we realized a couple of things; the apartment has no real window and the bathroom can barely fit an adult male. I did not expect anything large, this is Paris after all, but I did not expect a windowless box either based on the photos in the listing. There was a portable AC unit in the apartment but there was no flexible duct to vent the hot air that blows out the back. I was told on our last day that there was flexible ducting under one of the beds but there wouldn't have been anywhere to vent it anyway because there were no windows. So every time we used the AC it was a battle between the cold air coming out the front and the hot air coming out the back.The communication could be much better from the apartment managers and the photos don't tell a true picture. Basically you won't be given any information unless you ask for it directly. It would have been very helpful to know that the bed had storage under it and that inside that storage was ducting to vent the AC unit.
