  : The location is the only good thing about Thai place.
  : The apartment is far too small for 6 people, it is definitely for not more than 4 guests.All mattresses were uncomfortable, very soft and with the bed springs right in your back. The sheets were either torn or not clean, not even ironed!There was not kettle, the heating were not on.The owner informed us that the apartment was on the 6th floor without lift just a week before our arrival, making my booking in the same area impossible at our budget I asked if there was a safe place where some of us could leave luggages but there was not. He then sent us to a train station saying that there were locks, and it was not true.Indeed one of the worst places ever e, even for just a night.I would not recommend this place!

  : Location was great
  : Advertised first 6 people, not even enough space for 4 people. Bathroom was terrible, getting in and out of shower was a tripping hazard and falls risk, shower flooded, water pressure was bad, toilet didn't flush properly, small bathroom door always jammed. Washing machine had no door therefore unusable.No kettle, no toaster. We were told there was scaffolding but we're not told of noisy building works. Broken tiles throughout where fire places were. Not recommended for family of 6 each with a large suitcase, was incredibly difficult to carry the cases up 6 flights of stairs.

  : The apartment is in a great location to major Paris highlights. It is also accessible to grocery shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  : Our expectations were exceeded after reading reviews and descriptions on booking.com. The property has some age about it but was functional, comfortable, warm and served our purpose.

  : It is very well located, nice places to eat around and very easy access to different public transportations. Communication with the hosts was easy and effective.
  : The actual place is very different from the ad. First, they rent different places in Paris, so the pictures and descriptions may refer to a place youre not staying at. Not even the address advertised is real. Only when you conclude the reservation, you receive the real address (still a good location though). The building is very old and ugly. You have to go up 6 flights of dangerous stairs, no elevator. Its not ideal for 6 people, too small. Inside the apartment, the wooden floor is very old and noisy. There is no laundry machine (even though advertised) and the toilet has a very poor flushing system. Hot water is limited within a period of time, so its impossible for 6 people to take showers in a row.

  : size of the apartment is good. 4 to 6 people can fit in. The location is not perfect, but, it is more than enough, it has metro access nearby, and if you love walking you can go to any place in pairs. beds were comfortable. host let us check in at 10;00 am. The door was locked with a digital system, so you can open it whenever you arrive, no need to wait for someone.
  : there is no lift, so, if you stay for a long time prepare for walking up and downstairs. the fridge was not working, which is the biggest issue for this apartment. there was construction for the building we were in. The host contacted me and told me about it.

  : I was very hopeful of my stay here, being close to the Louvre. But I was very very disappointed. I would have given a rating of 0 due to the bedbug issue to encourage the owner to deal with the bed bug issue ASAP, but I give a 4 based on the location.
  : I don't have high standards and usually would be happy to give high ratings if the apartment is clean, has a working kettle, and a working microwave. But this apartment had none. 1) Bed Bug - the apartment had bedbug, I was waken by itches in my neck and legs in the middle of the night. When I turned on the light, I saw 4 bed bug on the bed. When I searched around the apartment, they were in the living room and at the entrance too. The size of the bugs where big, so I think they have been there for some time. We had to pack our bags right away in the middle of the night and left the apartment as soon as dawn broke. (We would have left at as soon as we saw the bedbug, but it was 2am, and we had nowhere to go, I had children and my elder parents with me). 2) The kitchen was not fully functional. There was no power to kettle and the microwave. 3) In the washer, there was old laundry still in it. One of the pillows on the bed had a dirty pillow case. 4) Heating in the living room was not working.I was sad that we could not have the rest we needed that night. And we had to isolate all our bags when we get home to not bring bedbug back into our own home.
