  : Difficult self check-in, the keys are located in another building on the other side of the street. Weird requests from the staff such as a selfie holding our ID? Unpleasant smell coming from the shower.

  : Mattress on floor, right above metro could here it every 5 mins from morning to night, very under equipt for a family to cook in pillows horrible and entrance is something out of a horror movie, pictures are of both apartments so not what I expected

  : The location is great, main bedroom and living room big enough, apartment was clean, two TVs with streaming options.
  : The bathroom and toilet is very small - hardly one person can fit. Wardrobe for coats and outside jackets does not exist at the apartment - so you have to leave them on sofa or chairs or somewhere else. There was no basic kitchen supplies, such as coffee, paper towels, sugar, salt, tea, etc. Everything you have to buy - it is very inconvenient when you travel with family and kids for just a couple of days. One night lamp in the bedroom was not working. The windows are old and noise isolation is bad. As the apartment is in the center - you can hear pretty well all night street noise. The lift is very small - so for a family with luggage you have to take two turns. The keys you have to pick up from another location. It is not far, but still with family and kids its is not convenient. The biggest issue for us was early check out. It is 11.00 am hard and no possible to extend. The apartment manager was not flexible at all, even aggressive reminding the house rules of checking out. As our plane was late in the afternoon - we had to spend three hours in town with for pieces of luggage.

  : Location, location, location. It's perfect for walking to majority of tourist places. Price is good. There is an elevator. Not much noise during the night time.
  : Apartment looks worn out, especially sofa. cracks on the ceiling. Trash can is broken. Just one glass for wine. Very tiny shower with mold and shower faucet is on the verge of braking. There is no extra sheets for sleeping on the sofa.
