  : The location
  : The property is so small that it was uncomfortable to move around. There is a mysterious stain that cost me 20 euros. Mind blowing. I felt exploited.

  : The location is very good as it is just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, n shops in the 1st arr in Paris. Also 5-10 min walk to various metro stations. The manager is quick to response to my questions.
  : As a traveler, I put safety n security my top priority. Unfortunately, this studio failed miserably in this aspect. The manager, when showing us the apartment, gave us passcodes to the 3 gates that we had to pass through before we entered our studio. Yet, these gates were unlocked 95% of the times in our 5-day stay there. As such, anyone from outside can easily enter our building without passcodes. On the second day of our stay, a stranger just walked in our studio in the afternoon, even though we were very sure that our studio door was completely locked. He claimed that he noticed our door was not closed; n therefore walked in to warn us???? The next day, our studio was burglarized when we came back in from a day of sightseeing. All our suitcases were turned inside out, upside down. Some electronics including laptop, iPad n portable battery were stolen. Not sure if this was related to the stranger who walked in our studio the day before or not?? The window was half open. As the studio was located on the first floor, I would not be surprised if the burglar had actually climbed through the window. All in all, we were very frustrated n disappointed with how the management took the safety n security issues so lightly. They never once took responsibility for this incident; n did not offer any apology. All they said was the building had never had such incident before; n that we might hv forgot to lock our door ..
