  : Location. Bathroom. Beds. Clean.
  : There was no bath soap in the showers. There were not enough towels for everyone (we were 5 people and there were only 3 towels). there were no garbage bags. There were no paper towels or napkins. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the entire apartment. The sheets to put on the sofa beds were a bit dusty and we weren't sure if they were clean.

  : Location was great for the Eiffel Tower.
  : Picking up the keys and returning the keys to a secondary location, which was closed when returning, was not very accommodating. It was very stressful. The front door always had to have a code, then a secondary door needed a badge, then a third locked door needed a key, then the fourth locked door was another key. The couch beds were not comfy.

  : Check-in: How stupid it was that they have to send an agent to the property to wait for our arrival to give us the keys! There is something called combination lock box!!!!! We were late for 1/2 hour and was charged 10! After we got in to a taxi in the airport, we knew that there were traffic problem, right the way I sent message to the property manger, telling her that we will be 1/2 hour late and will be there at 19:30 because of the traffic congestion. She was so upset and telling me that the agent was there since 18:45. We supposed to be there at 19:00, not 19:30. There will be 10 for 30min late and after that will be 15 fo 30min late, and will not be sure that the agent can wait till 19:30. So, does she mean that she won't garrente that we will have a place to sleep for the night! Threaten me that I need to be there at 19:00 no matter how? We were there at 19:28, and I texted the property manager that we have arrived. No reply. we waited on the street in the cold and it was raining. After about 25min, there was a guide from inside the building open the door and let us in. He kind of telling us that it was cold and please came inside the building. He doesn't speak English. We thought what a nice guide to let us in and wait in the lobby. Then he let us all the way in to the apartment. So he was the agent and he was inside the apartment all the time while we were cold and wet out!!! Did the property manager communicate to the agent? Did the agent make sure that he has waited there for 30 min for the 10? Check-out: Again, she supposed to send an agent to collect the keys at 9:20, and our taxi will arrive at 9:30. Taxi arrived on time, parallel parked on the street to load our luggages. No agent showed up. Texted the property manager, she said because of the problem of metro. Now she is talking about traffic problem!!!
