  : Excellent location 20 minutes walk to Mont Martre and Sacre Coeur, 5 minutes to nearest secure parking and spoilt for choice for eateries. Safe gated location, modern open plan space for living and dining, comfortable beds, nice and clean, washer and dryer on site, good kitchen facilities for short stays and our kids really enjoyed the cinema screen downstairs. Host communicated very well and provided good instructions for access and parking options.
  : I chose this property over another as it stated parking was available but in fact its referring to independently operated secure parking facilities nearby around 5 minutes walk away - it worked out fine but worth noting. Not really an issue for us as we kept the doors closed but the bathroom and toilet areas were a little smelly, probably just due to lack of ventilation.

  : The location is great! The neighbourhood is really nice and atmospheric. All of the needed appliances were there, including drying racks, kid stroller, iron or coffee machine.
  : The offer on Booking is pretty unclear and confusing. It said that there will be two bedrooms - one with double and single bed and one with double bed only. Additionally it was marked, that one, single bed (couch) is placed in the living room. Imagine our confusion when weve arrived at our destination and found out, that there is only one bedroom in the basement and the other beds (one double and one single) are in the living room, placed close to one another, leaving no privacy nor personal space. So if you are travelling with friends - better to keep it in mind, that three people must sleep in the common area, very close to each other. Also - when you will be sleeping on the ground floor, in the common area - you will probably be woken up early every day by the sound of garbage bins being dragged through the stone - paved yard (it is incredibly noisy and loud).
