  : The location is great. Nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants near by. Getting in and out was easy after you figured out where everything was. Alexis was very responsive. The shower and bath on the street level is new and works well but is downstairs from the main apartment.
  : The ceiling height is very low don't stay if you are 6'0' or taller. There is no microwave in the kitchen and only one decent size coffee cup. The main bedroom is on a landing at the top of the entrance stairs and must be walked through for access to the apartment. The second bedroom is in the back with no ventilation. It is a quirky french space which was obviously a storage loft for the restaurant below. For the price 3000 EUR for a week i am not sure it qualifies as a good deal. The second bath is not useable as a shower and the toilet is so small it is hard to use. We stayed there as two couples and fortunately we get along well or it could have been a long week. A few updates to the kitchen and some shelving or storage would go a long way to help. Modern washer and dryer but the dryer vents into the utility room so it cannot get the clothes dry.

  : A nice place with all needs for group travel in Paris, everything we need to stay right at the middle of comfortable and price.
  : This apartment was renovated from the half top of an ground floor apartment, so the height of the ceiling is only about 1.85m. You should be careful if you are 1.8m and above, and the owner placed some foams around the dangerous point of the ceiling to protect.There is only one hair dryer for 2 bathroom. The first bathroom is on the ground floor, seperated with the rooms by the stair.A little bit re-arangment will make the apartment more

  : The location is great, with metro stations close by and supermarkets and restaurants all around the close by area. Around the corner, there is a vibrant road, with an array of small shops selling assortment of things (there is a delicatessen, wine, candy, cheese, tea, bread and cake shops for example). The apartment is spotless, and atmospheric - and just right for our group (all short by the way!). Communication from the owner was good, and he was helpful also during our stay.
  : Kitchen ware needs updating: couple of wine glasses and four forks is not quite enough for a group of 6 people. And if you wish to have a bottle of wine, bring your own opener. Upstairs bath would benefit from a shower curtain.
