  : I already paid for this property via booking.com and when I tried to check in at night 11pm with 2 yrs kids at that reception said that they have payment in there system.. it's issue between you and booking.com. I m here from 10 yes I know job this kind of answer he had given. Me with kid and night in unknown country city.I was helpless at that time. And when tried to serach booking.com number on app there is no number only option to drop a message. Which given me reply after 2-3 hrs. By that time I tried to convince that hotel at last he said he found something and slowed to check in.. not sure it's bluff game by hotel . Or real issue between booking.com and hotel. And it's standard hotel I booked as I have family with me. Still getting this mental harment issue .. we are on trip that why booked in advance paid more money and results like this think in future to book via booking.com .And there is no proper communication number for emergency like this to call booking.com.Will strongly not recommend

  : Breakfast was nice. 18mins walk to Montmarte, 34 to Louvre, and lots of public transportation options
  : The extra sofa bed was a bit broken so we didn’t continue using it. Shower head could have been cleaner but ok overall. The lift took ages so we end up taking the stairs most of the time. The receptionist on our arrival wasn’t particularly friendly but the rest of personnel made up for that.

  : When we arrived, we couldn't check in, which was expected, so we left our backpacks in the storage. The nice lady, who didn't speak English, but made an effort to be understood, gave us our baggage tickets, and off we went to explore. Later that evening, we came back to settle in for the night. The nice lady was no longer in reception, now there was a younger man. He didn't speak English either, however, unlike the nice lady, he made no effort to be understood. He started preparing our key card, and then asked me to pay for the room, which was expected. The unexpected was that he wished to charge me almost 50€ more than the price I had on Booking.com, claiming I only had one person with breakfast included and needed to pay for the other person. I was travelling with my 15 year old daughter, and booked the room for 2 people with breakfast included, for both, obviously. I refused to pay, and asked to charge my phone to check the reservation. The man was extremely impatient, basically telling us to leave if we didn't wish to pay. At this point I'm getting very nervous and stressed, I mentioned the police, which he didn't like. He proceeded to tear up the breakfast tickets and decode the key card. He then called his colleague who is in the hotel across the road, this man takes over and is respectful and kind. He explains I need to pay city tax on top of the reservation, which I knew, and that was 15€ extra, not the almost 50€ I was being asked for. The other main continued to complain about us in French to his colleague during this time. Eventually we got our key card and headed up to the room, which was not the standard I expected. There was an empty packet of contact lenses in the bin, and short dark hairs on the bedding, but I was too nervous to go back down and complain. Travelling alone with my daughter, I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, and although the location was great, I wouldn't go back.

  : Staff were super helpful on arrival and checkout. Breakfast was a small selection but good enough choices. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean, all basic facilities were supplied i.e. TV, hair dryer, shower, extra pillows and air conditioning.
  : The lift is extremely tiny, only enough room for 2 small people at a time squashed together.
