  : The location was very good, right beside the metro station. Toiletries and kettle provided. A very good design for a compact room.
  : Although the room is bigger than most rooms in paris, there was no place to walk after you keep your luggage. The toilet was very tiny, difficult for a big person to fit in.

  : .The size of bathroom. It is too small. No hand soap is available. Impossible to hang hand towels. . Almost no table and Chair to sit on write. My kids could not draw as they wanted due lack of table and aproper chairs to sit on.

  : The location of Charing Cross was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful and the facility to store luggage before check-in was really helpful. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Probably a little expensive for what it was, but it was convenient to be able to dine at the hotel.
  : The downstairs areas of the hotel are obviously renovated lately and look stylish. However, the bedrooms are very small (even by Parisian standards!) and the bathroom was uncomfortably small. The half-length bath with overhead shower was impractical because in opening the shower door, it was necessary to climb over the sink unit to get in!I was initially very disappointed with the room I was assigned. Though the hotel and I don't agree on this, I had expected a single occupancy room with a double bed. I showed a screenshot of this to management who disputed it and I was forced to pay an additional €30 in order to be upgraded to a room with a window. Beware if you are booking this hotel, that the single rooms are in the centre of the building and don't have windows. They are also extremely small and do not look like the single room featured on their website.The facilities in the room are fairly basic. Small amounts of tea & coffee were available but no milk, spoons or cups. There was a mini bar available too so the water provided free of charge in other hotels, was actually €3 per bottle here. Fixtures and fittings were worn but just useable.
