  : The location is great. Metro is nearby. The bed is quite comfortable. It was calm I didn't hear any noise from the neighbours. The room service was every 3 days, so we had a new towels and trash bin was empty. Very helpful.
  : The receptionist provided us with a different room and then asked to return keys. Hopefully the issue was resolved. I would like to have at least salt in the kitchen.

  : It's basic but what I expected, very clean. I did not use the kitchen much I did not require more than the kettle because I was in Paris for, a conference providing food. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Bed a little firm, I have a disability, but this is not a problem for a short stay.

  : Everything is as explained in room description. Friendly and welcoming personnell. Room was rather well equipped. There could have been more bowls, but enogh forks and spoons; plates more than needed. I liked that there was coffee press so I could enjoy fresh coffee in my room. There was dish washing liquid, very useful. Bathroom small but shower gel smelled so good! Always hot water, it was great! There is extra blanket and pillow. Bed is comfortable.I liked that there were heavy curtains, so light from windows did not bother.Walking distance from Eiffel (20 min) and several metro stations in 5-10min walking distance.I would book again when in Paris.
  : You could also give kitchen towel. Also you could consider providing little oil, salt and pepper for cooking. There was not very good air conditioning. Few nights the room was cold since temperature dropped a lot and it was raining. But then the heater was turned on, so in the morning the room temperature was ok.Windows could open from upper side as well, then it would be possible to let some air in but not cold. There is only possible to open windows fully, which I did not want to do for the night.

  : only 2 small issues, no bed side carpets, and one cannot open window curtains for light as you would be over looked.
