  : The location was okay but there were several gentlemens clubs all around which isnt a great thing walking around with the kids.
  : We thought we would arrive to this apartment around 8 PM and communicated that to the owner. We were traveling from the Loire Valley. What we didnt expect in our drive from the country is that France was coming off a three day weekend and so traffic was extra heavy. We tried to keep the owner up to date with our arrival time as we got closer to Paris. At about 9 PM the welcoming hostess Sonia texted my wife and stated she that she was leaving. I guess she didnt want to wait for us. Even though their check in policy states you can check in until 10 PM Sonia said she had to get up at 6 the next morning so she was leaving. Not what we wanted to hear on our arrival to Paris. We tried calling and it went straight to voicemail. Eventually she answered and agreed to wait after telling her we were close. Upon arrival, Sonia was quite nasty with the way she acted and looked at my family. Not much of a warm welcome from our welcoming hostess. I can understand being a little annoyed that we arrived a little later than anticipated but it was out of our control and her reaction was completely unacceptable. Shes in the hospitality business. Hello! This cold welcome was only the beginning of our experience in this dump. It has a musty smell that they tried to cover with an overbearing air fragrance. The sofa sleeper was old and worn out. It totally slumped to the middle and the fabric was well worn. The rug in the living area was worn and filthy. There was dirt and some sort of nastiness in the corners of the rooms. If you really want to know how clean a place is look in the corners. Nasty! The toilet area was as wide as my shoulders. Oh and the description of this property states it has two bathrooms but never mentions it only has one toilet. Should state 1 1/2 baths. The beds were uncomfortable. The so called patio was a shared alley way. I shouldve known better by the lack of photos but was hopeful.

  : A fantastic location, nicely decorated and very clean. Our host met us on arrival and even provided a bottle of wine.
  : It was a bit smaller than I expected. We were a group of four people, which was okay. But I wouldn't recommend it for six. One couple stayed in the small double room on the ground floor, but had to leave all their luggage outside in the lounge. The other couple stayed down in the basement level bedroom. It's a nice room and a decent size. But the steps down are very steep, which is awkward, particularly with luggage.

  : This small apartment is extremely clean and well presented. The staff were friendly on check-in and gave us wine and chocolates as the apartment wasnt ready when we arrived. The apartment has all you need in terms of kitchen and cooking utensils, washer dryer, smart TV, good wifi, and is very quiet. The heating worked a little too well and we were cosy warm. The basement room does have steep stairs but this was not an issue, neither was the very narrow toilet area. We loved this apartment as we were only in it to sleep, and the beds were comfortably firm. The sofa bed was even comfy. Its close to Rue Montorguell which is fabulous pedestrian street with locals prices and huge variety. The Christmas lights above the street were beautiful. We would stay here again.
  : Limited option for late check out as people were arriving, yet when we arrived at the apartment well after 2pm our apartment wasn t cleaned anyway, so, maybe we could have check out later?

  : Great location. Kind, friendly and helpful landlord. Flat is fully equipped and nice ambiance. Lot of great places at walking distance.

  : The apartment is not as spacious as in the pictures, there is not enough space for six people. The lighting is awful, the apartment is constantly dark. There is no air conditioning, so the room is always hot and stuffy. It has two showers, but only one toilet. The toaster was dirty inside.

  : Do not use their TV for your personal Netflix account. Our Netflix account was stolen in this apartment. If you do use it, make SURE you sign it out. I was worried the credit card was compromised, which is the one I was using for the trip. I had to lock it and close my account.
