  : On arriving at the apartment the wifi password was not located where we had been told it would be. (Why this couldn't have been emailed to me earlier is a complete mystery). However...on phoning the agent there was no answer. We arrived after 17:00 on a Friday and evidently the office was closed for the weekend.So...no wifi. I went out and bougt a local SIM card for €40 which was a completely unnecessary expense. Then learned that there was no cell phone signal except in the kitchen.What is important to note from this experience is that if you are letting out an apartment you need to provide an all-hours phone number. What if we had a more serious problem???The apartment was not suitable for 4 people as advertised. It is far too small. They didn't even provide 4 glasses ( and no wine glasses).All this was a great pity since the location was perfect. Suggest the owner appoint more professional agents to manage the property.

  : The property has very strange system of online check in. The link they sent did not work, had to do it twice. Before if did check in sending them passports and selfies with passports could not access the flat. I never came across such inconvenient system of check in before. Also although it said that property is good for two adults and two kids in reality its not. The place is tiny- for two persons its fine but not for four. Sitting places just for 2 people so we could not even eat together. When you open double sofa, you cant even pass. In short if i knew i would never stay with kids in this place.

  : Great location, comfortable apartment, and although small, it was ideal for 2. Neatly furnished and the host was very quick to respond to WhatsApp messages and this made check in easy,

  : it is a very small apartment; not fit for four people. It felt suffocating; the ventilation didn't work, and there was only one small window next to the door. And the AC only worked on cold not on heating, and when we asked them to fix stuff they kept saying that they "will check with the manager" but they never replied. and throughout the night it started raining and when we woke up the floor was filled with water and all of our stuff had gotten wet! and when we confronted them about it they said: "just let the keys in the little box" as in just leave. In addition, before arriving they sent us a long whatsapp message demanding a photo of us holding our IDs and they asked for a picture of the visa which was very weird and unusual!! it was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

  : the apartment was not clean, there were dirty towels and sheets in the wardrobe and was not possible to connect to the wifi (impossible to read the password and no answer received in the 4 days).

  : I have to sent my ID via WhatsApp. there was nobody to talk face to face. but we have agreed somehow. the velux roof window cannot be opened. so there was a moister smell.

  : Location was great! Lots of great restaurants near by. Well furnished! Comfortable and clean. Staff was very attentive. Will be back!
  : Tv wasn’t connected in bedroom. The tv in the living room worked good. The dust from the stone walls were falling on the floor. But possibly because of the construction going on outside that week.
