  : The kitchenette is well-equipped, and the bed is comfortable, the location is fantastic, and the room is very quiet.
  : First of all, this is not an apartment, but a room with a shower room and they put a toilet booth and a kitchenette in the room part... The communication by the handling agency is prompt but extremely inefficient because each time someone else replies to you, thus even if you agree on something with them, the next person talking to you will say the opposite because they don't read the previous messages. Zero flexibility related to check-in/luggage drop (I wanted to drop the luggage at 2:30, that is, 30 min before the official check-in time, and they didn't make this possible).

  : Location was fantastic! This apartment was fine for myself, husband a 2 small children, however I would not feel that it would be appropriate for 4 adults, the space is small and has no privacy.
  : Strange smell to apartment. I left my suitcase semi open whilst staying here and have been unable to get the awful smell out of our clothes. Unsure if it was a stale cigarette smell or a general musty smell. Beds were small, my husband's legs hung off the end of the bed and he is not overly tall. No wine glasses in Paris?

  : Entrance hall was a bit cramped when entering the code for the door.

  : The location, it's in close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and Museums.
  : There was homeless people outside the house door and they tried to get in the property while we're going in. There is no lighting along the staircase which can cause someone to fall. We had to use the flashlight from our phones to see where we were going when going upstairs. The property offered a three beds but there was only two.

  : The bed was super comfortable with nice sheets! Very clean place overall. No AC was not a problem for us in August. We slept with the big window open which faced and internal area between the buildings. It seemed like a mix of visitors and residents in this building. Surprisingly quiet for it's city location. I stayed here a night by myself and felt very safe, there are like 4 codes total to get through the building and into your room. Hosts were super receptive and communicative and checked in throughout our stay via the app to make sure we had everything we needed.
  : I probably wouldn't stay in this part of the city again but it worked well for a first time location in Paris for me! Easy walking access to different parts of the city. Nearby station made getting here from the airport super easy.
