  : Got stuffed around firstly they cancelled my original room booked and offered us a significantly smaller crappy room. Very upset with option but was forced into it with no choice as money already paid. Extremely difficult to contact them numerous attempts to get door code to get in. They were told numerous time me name but still insisted on calling me another name (maybe someone elses booking)

  : The location is good - but the property could use a simple list of recommendations for guests - like where to get breakfast (Boulangerie Jean Nol Julien, nice, simple, you can eat in), the Rue Cadet for shopping, the Franprix on Rue Chauchat as the nearest supermarket) - it's a great area but no need for everyone to reinvent the wheel, especially when you are in Paris briefly. Restaurant recommendations would also be a plus - it was all just a little impersonal.
  : Do not attempt to stay here if it's hot - crazy September heat wave, but it would have been the same all summer. One apartment has been chopped into 5, so each room is small and there's no air flow. I didn't get a single good night's sleep, sadly - with the windows open, there is a lot of noise from the 2 bars down on the street (even several floors up), plus you can't close the curtains and have the windows open at the same time - many have clearly tried, hence they were only partly attached, and the original shutters are missing from the building which is how people would have had air but some privacy. There is a fan but it does very little. Also - 4 codes to get in every time you move in and out of the apartment - a little bit of a bore. The main street door code was not working properly so it took 20 mins to get in the first night. And a corkscrew would be helpful in the kitchen - many French wines still have corks, so bring your own or hope the owners put one in the kitchen.

  : the area.
  : The codes for the outside door, inside door, apartment area door and the apartment door were sent via booking.com messaging, too many codes to gain access, however its good from a security perspective. The rooms are small, one of the light switch controls the lights in small kitchen corridor area and the single bed - room area, there should be a separate light switch for the single bed - room area. No A/C.

  : The location of the property is really good.
  : No A/C, it was super hot, and you cannot open the windows as neighbours are nosy and smoked, so when you open the windows tobacco smoke got in. Also, there are a lot of mosquitoes so if you open the window you will get bitten. There was one fan for the whole apartment but it was super dirty and it smelled if you turn it on. There is room for literally 2 small bottles or cans in the freezer, and the kitchen is unusable.

  : I spent there 3 nights from the 21st to the 24th of September, when I arrived I found the bed sheets stained, I spoke with the cleaning lady, she told me that I need to make a complaint, she didn't even bother to change them.In the room and exactly in the toilet there is an unbearable smell which came from the pipeline I think, I made a complaint to the housekeeper she told me that she knows about it and she will transmit it to the superiors, ... Nothing changed during the stay, they didn't even call to apologize because they knew there was a problem and they rented anyway, the third day I had my check out I sent a message to say that I have to leave to go to the airport can they bring breakfast around 7 a.m. instead of 8 a.m., I received no response and even the lady who answered me in the morning was not not at all professional.. very disappointed. I paid 780 for 3 days for a room which is frankly not worth that value.. smell, stained bed sheets and unresponsive customer service..
