  : Extremelly dispointed with breakfast with I paid extra and there wasn't enough for 5 people to eat. Perhaps owner is unaware of what the supplier delivers. I'd say a refund is deserved.

  : #No internet (multiple wifi options-none of them working)!Had to use own phone internet during the whole stay #Got Locked out of the property for more than 24 hours.The host was unable to provide a basic service (like to reopen the entry door within a reasonable time-frame ) -had to stay outside until middle of the night only when they were able to provide an alternative accomodation far away!Then we paid the taxi fare from our pocket to reach that apartment and then returned the next morning only to find the property is still locked .Our check out was delayed signifcantly because of the incompetence of the host.We would have missed our flight if we had a morning flight !(Luckily our flight was in the afternoon) #has NOT been supplied with breakfast (which was included in the room charge) for the first morning-had to remind them before it came the following morning #No compensation provided for the following items: --Taxi fare to and from the alternative accomodation(was promised over the phone) --Internet service(No Wi-Fi!) --No breakfast on the first morning #Incompetent customer service overall.Lots of 'sweet talking' on the other side of the phone whenever I called but the ability to action any effective measures is negligible

  : the sink in toilet was blocked, there is no wardrobe in the room(it is locked), the building is very old and everything is so old...it needs in renovation, floor, windows, walls

  : Great location in the centre of Paris near main attractions, everything walkable from the apartment.
  : Awful wifi which was unusable for the majority of the stay from most rooms. The overhead shower was broken, when turned on it sprayed water over the entire bathroom. Bathroom didnt have a lock and barely had a door. Flat was very dark no natural light in the main living area and the windows didnt open in the main living area meaning there was poor airflow throughout the flat. There was a bin left outside our room in the corridor that was getting hot with the heat and spreading the smell of rotten food through the flat. We opted for breakfast included with booking.com and were told by the apartment that breakfast would only be for 2 people not 5 despite us booking to include breakfast in our stay for 5 people. Wanted us to pay 10 extra per person for breakfast baring in mind that the continental breakfast that was served consisted of a croissant a baguette and an apple. The breakfast was delivered by a courier so easy to not be in when it was delivered and no specific time could be given on when it would arrive so you have to wait for it. Not at all worth the extra money and did not feed everyone. The flat itself was very stuffy and grubby. Staff were responsive on the phone but unwilling to give us the extra breakfasts that we paid for.

  : Access codes were better than physical keys. It was very centrally located. It was clean.
  : The host kept on messaging me through the booking.com app that she sent the access codes to me through booking.com, but I never received them. After a couple of back-and-forths telling her I didn't get them, I finally called the host and got the access numbers verbally. Our first-floor unit windows were above trash bins, so if we kept our windows open we were inundated with flies. Two of the bedrooms have no openable windows or vents, so if their doors are closed there is no air circulation. They would be intolerably warm and stuff in warm weather. The only common area is a dining table with 6 chairs.
