  : The hotel was better than I expected. The rooms were very clean, attractive, and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. The location was also close to the metro.
  : 1) The irresponsibility of one evening desk clerk, who was supposed to call a taxi for my departure trip to DeGaulle Airport and DID NOT! It was an 11:50 a.m. flight and he kept saying I needed a taxi at 7 a.m. I firmly insisted on a taxi for 8:30 a.m. and he promised to call one. Next morning a yellow sticky note on the check-in desk mentioned the taxi for 8:30 so I sat and waited but none came. Finally I asked the manager, who called the clerk at home and found out he had NOT called the taxi because he was unsure of the time, but he didn't contact me to verify, nor did he tell me or the the manager that no taxi had been called. Fortunately I had allowed plenty of time for the trip, but this was bad. 2) The elevator door was too heavy for me and the cab cramped for me and my luggage. 3) I wish there had been air-conditioning.

  : -Great location, close to Nation station to get into Paris and Disney -24 hour reception and can leave bag for the day (no charge) - friendly staff- nicely refurbed - good value
  : - we were on the ground floor and could hear the RER train most of the night (not the hotels fault just not the best nights sleep- mattress too firm and pillows too soft

  : Just very ordinary property. No space to store luggage or opening bags. Room is too small.

  : The location is convenient for Gare de Lyon, and the staff member on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The bedding was clean and I didn't find bedbugs, which is a big win!
  : The decor was tired and in need of renovation.
