: The location was ok. Central to get to places
: The staff member dealing with the booking stopped replying to my messages 2 days before we arrived as we had requested early check in. Then Yan the staff member that was dealing with us said we could not gain access to the property early and tried directing us to their office and was so rude when we could not find it. The property is a lot smaller than in the photos. It could have been cleaned a lot better. One shower worked intermittently, it kept running out of hot water so we had one shower between 12 people. There were about 3 rolls of toilet paper between 12 people and not once did any one check to see if we were ok during our stay. The property would be nicer if they re painted and cleaned the communal areas a lot better.

: The location was ok and the people from the agency tried their best to find solutions for the problems we encountered (but failed)
: There are a few structural issues with the apartment. When it rains, 2 rooms start flooding. The only "solution" we got was... extra towels. The water is pouring from the walls (next to the electrical outlets). Furthermore, the kitchen has really only the very basic utensils and only in (too) few numbers. One of the matrasses is totally end of life. Several stains & broken elements on arrival that you fear for your warrant (no inspection is done in the beginning) - luckily it was not an issue when we left, but clearly the owners don't fix what previous renters broke. So in general, while the apartment is spacious (for Paris), it was not maintained at all and should imho not be rented in this condition.

: Bathrooms a little run down, but that comes along with a older building.
