  : Amazing location,only a 30 minute walk to the Louvre.Convenient next to lots of restaurants and supermarkets.
  : Unit is on the 3rd floor no lift,stairs very dangerous when you have luggage.Unit next to a strip club but there were no problems from it.Some staff very nice but other very rude,not helpful.

  : Good location and a newly renovated place. Had lots of kitchen supplies for cooking for many people.
  : There were cockroaches in the cupboard next to the fridge. One of the bedrooms was with a window on the ceiling which was very old and not isolated, so it was extremely cold at night (even during the end of May). The security deposit was extremely high and we were all whispering during our stay out of fear that it might be taken. Fortunately, our deposit was fully refunded.

  : The location of the property is close to the metro and several restaurants
  : The staff above all. I went in the office to pick up keys and when I walked in, there were 3 people at their desk, no one said anything nor did they greet me until after a while of me standing there in awkward moment.I asked about the sauna (which they advertise as well as a gym) and the young lady said I had to go between the hours of 9am-6pm. (Also, they didnt mention that these amenities are at another building. The pictures you see here of the gym, sauna and steam room are of a newer building) The next day I asked to use it and they said I needed to reserve it 24 hours in advance. I asked for two days with 24 hours of anticipation and I got ignored. A day later someone wrote to me and asked if I still wanted a reservation for the next day and I said yes. I asked why I hadnt been able to use the facilities and they said its because both gym and sauna were fully booked. I was granted 1 day out of my 4 night stay. The next day, 20 minutes before my scheduled time I get a message saying the person I spoke to didnt notify staff so the facilities were again, fully booked. They asked if I wanted another time slot and when I asked what times were free I got an automatic message saying they were closed on that day and to email them.The pictures on here are not all accurate. Theres no gym/sauna, the building is old, the room is on a 3rd floor with no elevator.When my mother undid the bed a piece of carrot fell out of the sheets, there was hair in the sheets, there were no cooking utensils only pots and silverware. No salt, pepper oil or toiletries (shampoo or soap) in the restroom. We were given two rolls of toilet paper, one was a half used roll (we were 5 adults). The shower was grimy and on top of all that they charge guests to store luggage.This place does not care at all about its guest. They want people in and out and as long as they have your money they dont care if youre comfortable or not.

  : we liked the location being central and close proximity to the city center. it was a good size with two bedrooms.
  : the unit required walking up 3 flights of spiral stairs. no hand soap was provided and not enough dishes and mugs for more than 4 people. the windows were thin so it was very loud from the street at night.
