  : The B & B is located in a beautifully renocated french house, with large en suite rooms. Olozanc village is a great, off the touristic coastline, base to tour around. Kate, our host, was very Communicative and Helpful, being there for all our needs (even those that we didnt knew we had) starting from before our arrival to giving us suggestions and tips during our stay.

  : We stayed in the apartment, which was very spacious and remarkably well-equipped. During covid-19 times, we decided to cook ourselves (there's a big supermarket right outside of Olonzac, so very practical). I was very pleasantly surprised by the abundance and quality of the cooking equipment. The stove and oven are just magnificent, the there's a wide range of utensils and even the knives are well-maintained! Furthermore, Olonzac is a great base for exploring the region. We spent most of our time hiking in the Minervois or along the canal du midi. In summer, when it's blazing hot in this region, you can go visit some of the many cosy villages and vineyards (Carcassonne and Narbonne are also quite close). It's a beautiful region worth exploring. Finally, let me highlight that the owners are originally from New Zealand, so for those who are not very fluent in French this might be a plus too.
  : The apartment is spacious, but it doesn't really have many windows and is therefore quite dark. In summer this is actually a plus, since I suspect the place stays nice and cool. In winter, when the weather exceptionally forces you to stay inside for a full day, it would be nice to have more daylight. Honestly, this is a really minor point, though.
