Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that housekeeping is not included in the price but is available with an extra cost.

The following services/items are available for rent: - Baby items (including bath towels, a high chair and a baby bed) – EUR 30 per week - Fan - EUR10, per week - Washing machine / Dryer – EUR 5, per wash and EUR 3 for the dryer - BBQ cleaning - EUR 40 - Bed linen / towels – EUR 70, per villa, per week - Disposable linen is available - EUR 5, per kit - The rental of sheets is 15€ per bed/per week.

Pets are accepted for a fee of 30€ per week + 15€ per additional week
