: Muriel was very accommodating and met us at the apartment despite a lengthy flight delay Central location Quiet
: First impressions of the apartment were good however on closer inspection the rug was dirty and stained. There was little privacy with neighbours across the way being very close and visible - curtains and blinds required at all times. Kitchenette and bathroom/shower were adequate for a short stay. The main issue with this apartment is the bed. Obviously meant to be stored on the wall it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever encountered. Very low which made getting out of it particularly difficult. The mattress was very thin and hard offering no support or comfort. There was a large gap at the head of the bed where the pillows kept falling - there was no way to sit and read in bed. It creaked and groaned at every turn. We did not sleep well and this impacted on our holiday. For this reason we can not recommend the apartment despite its good location. Overall it felt like student accommodation

: The location was excellent, situated in the town centre and ideal for walking to shops, restaurants, transport, sight-seeing etc. and the secure car park was round the corner. The apartment was quiet with no disturbance from neighbours or traffic. There was a problem with the wifi and the person I contacted was very helpful in trying to rectify it. On leaving I had simply to post the keys into the mailbox and it was good that I didn't have to be out until noon.
: The weather was very hot and the bijou apartment had a fan but no air conditioning which meant the temperature inside remained high. Having the windows open in an attempt to combat the heat resulted in lots of mosquito bites. The fact that the bed folded into the wall meant I couldn't sit in bed with my back to the wall and work on my 'phone or tablet because of the space and lack of a headboard. Phones and Firestick connected to wifi without problem but impossible to connect tablets.
