  : The room is clean and tidy
  : There is no wifi connection in the room though in the listing, the property mentioned there is wifi in every area, that is not correct. The staff make excuses of the re-establishment of the wifi system, and they could not do anything about it. When I explained that I paid for all the facilities including the wifi, the staff even threatened me to leave. The staff said there was wifi on the day before the day I came, but when I was actually there, the wifi was disabled in my room. The staff never listened to my complaints, they kept talking and did not mind what I was trying to say. They seemed not need customers, they did not listen and asked me leave or stay?. I coild not accept this attitude, they do not respect their customers. The point was what they mentioned on their booking site was not correct in real life, I felt being cheated on. One more disappointing thing was the attitudes of the staff. Never recommended!

  : Very nicely located in the center of Munster. The terrace of the bar is nice and they have a variety of craft beers. The room was a little bit outdated but very comfortable. The breakfast was great.
