  : Spacious cottage with four bedrooms and a terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs tucked away from the main road in the typical Morzine chalet style (it's bigger and nicer than it looks in the photos). The kitchenette (it is part of the dining and living room) is equipped with all the kitchenware you need, including a dishwasher and, in the basement of the house, even a washing machine & tumble dryer. Three bathrooms (one on each floor, two with bathtub, and one with shower in the basement) make the house very family-friendly. Car park right in front of the house, walking trails nearby. Lovely owners who live next door, staying there feels like a journey back in time, due to 1990s-style furniture and bathrooms.
  : Booking - at least for us - has operated through a French agency which sent their own contract after reservation through booking.com and for some unknown reason could not accept our credit card payment via booking.com. The communication with this agency was mainly through automated messages that did not address any of our questions and caused some misunderstandings. Ideally, we would have much preferred to correspond directly with the lovely owner, Mme Taberlet. Also, note there are surcharges such as renting linen and towels and the final cleaning - these are not included in the website price that is indicated on booking.com.

  : Very spacious can easily sleep 8. Large room/garage on ground floor for bikes or ski stuff along with separate utility room with washing machine etc. good kitchen facilities and views over Morzine which was about 15 - 20 minute walk
  : Only unexpected issue was large cash deposit was required on arrival which we were not aware of beforehand
