  : The view from the bedroom over the resort and beyond was superb. Excellent shower cubicle and cleaning service. The evening entertainment was good and varied.
  : Although the food was good some of it felt like catering packs especially the mushy veg. Presumably because its for mass catering. The breakfast cereal was basic quality and bland and the scrambled egg was always cold.

  : This is a really good family hotel, with well laid-out family rooms (twin+double). Relaxed all inclusive style, meant we could have meals when we wanted, snacks on the terrace at 4, and drinks in the bar. They serve e.g., hot chocolates and orangina as well as on-tap beer and wine. Nice restaurant with views, great buffet food for the family, just need to be disciplined to put together a good meal. Steam room was nice, pool table fun, enjoyed quizzes and games in the bar area, and waffles on the terrace. Staff were all very helpful, fast and friendly service.
  : Road clearing meant getting onto the pistes was a bit more difficult later in the week. We returned for lunch some days, so our room missed being cleaned many days. Few times, the loud music on the terrace unnecessary, had to retreat to the bar. More signs/notice about the bar Kahoot quizzes, which would have been fun and work really well with an international audience - we missed the first few, and our French isn't good enough to join in the verbal quizzes.

  : Location of the hotel was great and staff were friendly in the most part. Great for kids.
  : Hotel communal areas were not clean (floors); cleaning of the hotel bedrooms was poor. Rooms were too small with limited space to put clothes. Food was average; not much choice for breakfast (and by 9am had all but disappeared). Similar options every evening with not much variety. We ended up eating out a lot. Ski shop in the hotel was awful; quality of the equipment was poor and unprepared (our daughter's ski instructor said her skis had not been prepared for weeks). The guy fitting the ski / snowboard boots in the shop was very unhelpful and rude.

  : We had a super holiday in Avoriaz. However, there was only a few plus points to the hotel, its proximity to slopes being one and the views were stunning.
  : The dining wasnt particularly good. Everyday, there wasnt enough bowls, cups, cutlery, food wasnt replenished and it was limiting to say the least. Breakfast was served until 9:30 by 8:50there would be virtually no breakfast left. It was embarrassing to see people arrive for breakfast and there be virtually no choice, no dishes, cups, glasses or often food! Tables were very slowly cleaned away and often there would be only a handful of tables occupied but the rest not cleared. There didnt seem to be anyone in the hotel managing or assuring order and service. Tables were cleared by staff while scraping plates into a bucket on a trolley next to people dining. Staff would be eating as they were clearing or checking their phones. I would have been very embarrassed had we been travelling with friends as we often do for our skiing holidays. Our children really struggled with finding anything they liked and as adults we did also. Although we were on an all inclusive basis we still went out to dinner on a two occasions and also for lunch, which was far superior to dining at the hotel, but expensive.The bar was very good and there was a very small games room.Our bedroom was extremely basic, lino flooring, there was no seat or anywhere to place anything, one tiny closet hanging space with shelving. the bathroom had no cubicle and was entirely open and everything got soaked when showering. The room did not represent what we had booked, it showed bunk beds with a single bed in one room and a double bed in the other, but they were two very small singles pushed together. One of our children was unwell and it was impossible for her to come in with us and the beds constantly separated so one of us slept in the bunk bed on two occasions which isnt what you go on holiday to do! The room cleaning was virtually non existent although the cleaner was very friendly. The hallways were never vacuumed, it all felt very unkept.
